Ebooks and digital editions
Because digital editions (EPUB, PDF, and similar files) are delivered electronically and can be downloaded and read immediately, all sales of digital editions are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
If you have trouble downloading or opening a file, please don’t worry—email us at [email protected] and we’ll help you get your book or replace the file at no charge.
Print books
Print editions are produced to order through our print partner. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Because each book is printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns of correctly-produced print books for change of mind.
